Pepsi BM Responsibilities

From 2018 to 2020, I served as Pepsi’s Brand Manager in Albania, overseeing all aspects of the brand’s visibility and presence through a combination of global strategies and local initiatives. My responsibilities also included managing the production of Pepsi branded outlets, mall branding, and event branding.

Key projects during this period included:

• Organizing and branding events such as the Color Day Festival, concerts featuring well known musicians, and the Pepsi Taste Challenge sampling events across the country.

My efforts focused on increasing brand visibility, which helped strengthen customer loyalty, enhance brand equity, and create opportunities for increased sales.
